About DragFire™

Free tools for drag racers. Every size, every class.

DragFire™ is a home for free drag racing tools that run in your browser. No apps, no accounts, no cost. Just tools that help you get better at the thing that wins races: leaving the line.

Where it started
DragFire™ began on the small side of drag racing. Its creator built and raced 1/24 scale RC drag cars, and needed a starting tree and timing that felt like the real thing. The result worked so well that it made sense to share it, and not only with RC racers. A practice tree is a practice tree, whether your car runs on a tabletop strip or a quarter mile.

What you’ll find here

  • DragFire™ Tree – a free practice tree with pro (.400) and sportsman (.500) modes, a bot opponent for the holeshot, session stats and downloadable time slips. Use it to train your reaction time, or put it in fullscreen and use it as a starting tree at your own strip.
  • More tools (coming) – built for racers, by a racer.

Why free?
Because good tools make the sport bigger. The software stays free. If you want hardware for your own strip, timing parts and track gear in scale are available at DragRacingShop.com.

Who’s behind it
DragFire™ is made by Mikael Madsen in Denmark, the creator of MagDragster and Mag Drag Racing: 3D-printed 1/24 scale tube chassis drag cars and a racing system for small-scale drag racing.
